A flight training course is no small investment. You want to be assured that everything is well organized. We want to make sure that your expectations are clear-cut. The questions below are frequently asked. If your question does not appear, please feel free to contact us.

What are the advantages of a European EASA pilot license in America?

Acquiring a pilot license in America is significantly less costly than getting a pilot license in Europe. At the same time, you receive a pilot license which allows you to fly throughout Europe. In addition, it is possible to get an American FAA pilot license by means of a simple license verification procedure.

Can I get a pilot license within 28 days?

Yes; experience shows that a minimum number of 28 days is necessary to get a EASA PPL pilot license. We advise you to plan for an extra few days margin.

What happens if I have not attained my pilot license within 28 days?

If you have not attained your pilot license within 28 days, you are free to extend your stay. You will be required to pay the extra costs of the apartment. We will make every effort to help you meet all the requirements you need to pass the practical examination for your EASA pilot license.

What does an average day consist of during the flight training?

A large number of instructors are available so you will be able to train for many hours. The day will start with either flight training or ground school. When you are finished, you will need to spend some time studying to prepare yourself for the theory-exams. You can determine when you want to take the theory-examination. You live in an apartment complex with fellow flight students. You will be able to share each other's knowledge. Usually you would dine together and plan fun excursions.

Is transportation available between the accommodation and the flight training airfield?

Yes, transportation between the accommodation and the airfield is arranged. You can make use of a shuttle bus or a free bicycle.

Must I pay the full amount for the flight training upon registration?

No, we will first contact you to verify your registration. You can then choose to make a 10% deposit and transfer the balance at a later date. You may opt to pay the full amount after verification of your registration, in which case you will earn a 5% discount.

May I extend my stay in the U.S.A. as a tourist after completing my flight training?

Yes, if you want to stay in America after your flight training, you may do so in accordance with your visa specifications. Nearly all our clients come to our flight training with a student visa. You can apply for a student visa at the U.S. consulate in your own country. We will supply you with the required paperwork. For hour building you can visit America on a normal tourist visa. You can apply for this using the visa-waiver program.

Am I allowed to make commercial flights after getting my EASA PPL license?

No, you may only make private flights with a EASA PPL license.
